2. Access to the App and User Accounts

The Muzee de la sat app can be accessed in two ways:

• Guest Mode (no account required) – users can browse and explore the app without registering. No personal data is collected in this mode, only anonymous technical data (device ID, usage metrics, optional location).
• Registered User Account – users may register manually (name, email, password) or sign in via Google Sign-In. Data shared through Google Sign-In is processed according to Google’s Privacy Policy and the user’s account settings.

Registered users gain access to additional features such as adding reviews, saving favorite museums, receiving notifications, and managing their own contributions. Accounts can be deleted at any time, and all related data will be permanently erased.

3. Data We Collect

3.1. Data you provide voluntarily

• Messages sent via contact forms
• User-generated content (reviews, comments, photos)

3.2. Data collected automatically

Users can change these permissions at any time from their device settings.

We process your data in order to:

• provide and improve the Service (website and app);

Note: Data is not used for advertising or profiling purposes.

The Company may remove or moderate inappropriate content without prior notice.

The app can be used in Guest Mode without creating an account. Account creation is allowed only for users aged 13 and above, or for younger users with parental consent. Parents may contact us to delete any data provided by a child.

• use the platform for commercial or advertising purposes;
